Curriculum globALE pilot project, organized by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education, started on 6th November 2014, at Public Open University Zagreb. The representative of CAE Validus Željka Ciler is one of the 25 representatives chosen from adult education institutions, colleges, secondary vocational schools and public open universities from all over Croatia that are involved in this unique program of education (training).
This training program for adult educators is a result of the cooperation between the Department of International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (Deutschen Volkshochschul-Verbands – dvv international), the German Research Institute for Adult Education (Deutsches Institut für Erwachsenenbildung – DIE) and a number of different organizations for adult education in and outside Europe. The curriculum primarily focuses on institutions and organizations in the field of adult education that want to ensure that the level of qualifications of their educators meet professional standards. The program will be implemented in five modules in the period from November 2014 to the end of March 2015.
Upon completion of this program, in addition to the certificate issued by the Agency, each participant will receive a certificate recognized by the above mentioned German organizations.
