On May 22nd, 2015, CAE Validus in cooperation with Patti Scott and Dave Hasbury from the organization Neigblours Inc. USA and Bojana Rozman, Ph.D. carried out the second strategic planning for the staff in support and for persons who live in organized housing of the Centre for Rehabilitation Ozalj.
In the first part the focus was on the discussion about changing perspectives and the role of staff in providing support in the institution in relation to the community-based supported service provision.
The second part of the planning was focused on planning activities of the Centre for the next 6 months, until the end of the deinstitutionalization process using PATH planning tool.
