On November 20th 2017, we have started a training program for Assistants to Persons with disabilities in Supported Employment in Zagreb for the employees of the Association for Promoting Inclusion, Center for Inclusive Work Activities, Centre for Community-Based Service Provision Ozalj and Centre for Community-Based Service Provision Osijek “JA kao i TI”. 149-hour training will enable trainees to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to provide quality, individually tailored support for people with disabilities in their preparation and adaptation to the new working environment, carrying out the job task, encouraging and supporting social integration in the work environment as well as regular monitoring and providing support in order to achieve work efficiency, quality of working life and thus long-term job retention.
Upon completion of the training and final examination, the attendees will receive a certificate of qualification.
